May is mental health awareness month, and I am starting this page as a resource for all mental health. I plan to include resources for those struggling, for those helping, for those who just want to know more. I also want to honor those lost too soon 💚

This week is National Suicide Prevention week. As a person who has dealt with chronic suicidal ideation, this is a lifeline. 988 can be dialed from anywhere at anytime, and it will give you the opportunity to talk with a person who is trained in mental health 💚
