IPP Resentence IPP prisoners. That's it, no more ‘Action Plans’ These people are serving a sentence that was abolished in 2012. We now know the unforeseen consequences of this sentence. It is so cruel & unjust. It is wrong. Will someone do the right thing? James Timpson
