Celtic have many faults when it comes to youth development, but Doak wasn't one of them. If you are 16 and getting first team football at Celtic, you are ahead of the curve. He went on and failed at Liverpool and since been injured at Bournemouth. Did we really hold him back?

Adam Idah was such an over criticised player imo and I would bite yer hand off for a player like him right now. Cup final goals. Derby goals. Champions League goals. Plenty last minute winners. Almost 30 goals in 18 month as a back up to Kyogo.

Celtic Park in the late 1940s. Glasgow was a heavily industrialised city then and the population peaked at over a million in 1950. With no big peripheral schemes like Easterhouse, Drumchapel or Castlemilk, the population was crammed into a much smaller space.

I am taking nothing for granted whatsoever; St Mirren have already beat Celtic at Hampden this season, but... Martin O'Neill in the Scottish Cup final against Neil Lennon and Dunfermline would be blockbuster ๐Ÿ†

I was pleased for Neill Lennon yesterday after his side made the cup final. Hopefully his old Boss, Martin O'Neill can make it a Hampden reunion in May. A packed Tynecastle/Easter Rd might have been better than a half empty Hampden for a match between 2 east of Scotland clubs??

Said it before and will say it again - The Martin Oโ€™Neill Effect is a tangible force. This season, he has got us into two cup finals, dragged us back into the title race twice, and somehow led us to a Europa League play-off. He is the only reason I still believe we can do this.

Big Ralston has his limitations but he was the only Celtic player who went into tackles today with any conviction. I've never witnessed a softer Celtic team. That has to change in the summer. We need players with more heart. Really pleased he got that goal.
