I haven't worked from campus since Jan 2020. Can't believe it has been such a long time when I stepping into my office today and seeing almost every thing remains the original place I left, even the sticky notes! Perfect day! #UWaterloo

It was GREAT to be involved in GRIP-GL during my phd. I really appreciate the collaboration with so many nice modelers/researchers. Preparing such a standaridized & large-sample data for model intercomparison was a lot, but truly a fulfilling job we've done!❤️ Check more below↓

A preprint of our work on advancing the blended hydrologic model is now available in HESSD (HESS Journal). The interesting point in this study for me was crafting a model structure for many basins, not just one, and achieving a mean calibration KGE of 0.9 across MOPEX basins.

Shameless plug... I'm thrilled about my first single-author publication.💖 For a long time, I thought of writing up some good #calibration #practices after calibrating models for 20+ years. Here are 10 strategies🧵 Many thx to the #WomenInHydrology SI! bit.ly/3JW4DIw

"Field hydrology" week😍😎 It was impressive to fly in the Algonquin park (Petawawa watershed) re both seeing the fabulous landscape (topography, lakes, wetlands, veg...) we've been modeling & dealing with my airsickness after the first 10min excitement😂

Are you struggling in simulating cold regions hydrology in Western Canada, especially in the prairies? 🗻🔍🌲 You are not alone, and this is common across many models used in that area. Check out our Nelson-MIP intercomparison study and this thread 1/n.🧵 doi.org/10.1016/j.jhyd…
