What is wrong with people? If you’re the type of person to just leave your rubbish on a beach, sorry but you’re scum. I’m sure these pictures are replicated up and down the UK coast. Absolutely disgusting. Take your rubbish with you, it’s not difficult.

The advice below is OUTDATED advice. If your dog is overheating then the best method is rapid cooling by immersion in cold water. It will not cause shock as some suggest. I've seen it in action. It works. rvc.ac.uk/Media/Default/…

Amazon have gone from knocking & running away, to no knocking & running away, to now leaving the parcel in the hedge by the road 🙄

We've been down on the beach today picking up firework debris. It's odd, isn't it, that you can be fined £250 for dropping litter but somehow it's OK to launch rockets containing plastic casings into the sky.

It feels like such a privilege to stand and witness a sunrise, to watch light and colour gently filling the sky, edging aside the dark. A slow warmth rolls in, melts the dew caught in the shadows and burns away the last mists over the hills. I always feel a little disappointed

Stop blaring your music when your pets are in the car. If they can hear someone tiptoeing around your house, what do you think your loud music in close proximity is doing to their ears?

Mum and Dad. Gone within 12 days of each other. The hardest thing I’ve ever faced. I needed a challenge worthy of them both. 26th Sept. 135 km Norfolk Coast Path. No stopping. No sleeping. Just one foot in front of the other. 🥾 justgiving.com/team/norfolk-c…
