Engaged in a productive discussion with Christopher Pycroft, Development Director UK in Somalia🇬🇧🇸🇴, aimed at reinforcing aid coordination to promote 🇸🇴's development priorities, advancing partnerships with donors through the Somali Donor Group, and implementing Population and Housing Census.

Co-chaired with George Conway the 2nd UN Somalia Joint Fund management group meeting today. The SJF, which consisted of FGS, UN, and Donors, discussed and approved funding for proposals. FGS and the UN are committed to mobilizing resources and ensuring inclusivity in the SJF.

Today, I presented the draft bill of the Somalia Investment to Golaha Shacabka BJFS and answered questions about it. The bill, which passed its second reading today, is critical to Somalia's economic development. I thank the members of parliament and its leadership.
