A reminder about our server upgrade happening tomorrow.

We will be rebooting our servers at 5pm ET today for approximately one hour. During that time you may see delays in accessing surveys & rewards. Mobile app users will still be able to submit shopping trips , but select scanner users may experience delays submitting.

Panel Members: Our support center is offline unexpectedly this morning so we cannot provide account assistance at the moment. Everything else is up and running -- our app, gift redemption, surveys, etc. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All of us at NielsenIQ Homescan would like to extend holiday greetings to our panel members and their families! Enjoy the holidays! Our Panel Support Centre will be closed December 23, 24 and 26, 2022 for the Christmas holidays; and January 2, 2023 for the New Year.

Panel Members: We need to update some of our systems! On Thurs. 1/12 our Support Centre will be unavailable from 6 am – 2 pm ET, and our website will be unavailable from 6 am – 8 am. You'll still be able to submit your shopping trips!

Due to power outages in our area affecting our offices, our phone lines will be unavailable again Wednesday, June 28th. We are still able to provide support via email and social. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Panel Members: October 2 - 6 is National Customer Service Week. Our Panel Support Centre will be closed between 1:30 pm-3 pm ET, Monday through Friday, Oct. 2-6, so our team can focus on training and events.
