WWI Day: Aiden-Marne American Cemetery and Memorial, Belleau Wood, and Bastogne, Belgium. We got chocolates on our beds. Yes, that is how close I’ve been to my roommate in each hotel.

Today was all about the Battle of the Bulge. We toured Foy, the Bastogne town square, War Museum, and monument.

Traveled to Nuremberg; saw the Palace of Justice where the trials took place. The town had to be rebuilt after the war, and it’s a walkable city. Also met a friend at dinner.
