Mayor Caldwell has signed Bill 38 (Ord. 20-20), which extends the accessory dwelling unit (ADU) incentives to June 2025. The incentives include waivers of many fees to encourage homeowners to build ADUs to address the rental housing shortage on Oahu. bit.ly/2NsFU0n.
