Local media reported clashes between the regime and the Kachin Independence Army in  Waingmaw, Kachin State on Thursday despite ceasefires by both sides to allow for quake relief. The junta also conducted airstrikes in Indaw, the KIA said. #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar
