As a first-year principal, I'm glad I recognize the value of LISTENING. At times, I'm not being asked to solve, intervene or fix. Just listen. Thanks to my mentors for teaching me such lessons, even if you didn't know I was learning Tim Tweedie @HollyBlairMPA Educate Maine
