This for me is what Beach Volleyball is all about…travelling, meeting new people, competing hard, learning and making memories 🙏🏻

Think I might be done watching Formula 1 until they replace stewards and race control with actual fair rules that are enforced consistently.

Last thing I’ll say about jump serving - it’s not just about how effective it is statistically, it’s also about teaching a player to go for it, to be aggressive while mnging risk & translates to all parts of ur game. I would not have been as successful indoor or beach w/o mine 🙏🏼
