Forests cover ~27 million acres of California, but Bureau of Land Management - National hasn’t updated some management plans since the mid-90s. Incorporating all we’ve learned about climate change and biodiversity into new plans would help the economy and climate. pew.org/4943rMU

Progress: Today, in New Mexico, @WHCEQ Chair Brenda Mallory announced over 50 new commitments to the America the Beautiful Freshwater Challenge. The challenge aims to protect, restore, and reconnect 8 million acres of wetlands and 100,000 river miles by 2030.
