I honestly think that it should be compulsory for the Secretary of State for Transport, Rail Minister, CEOs of operators, Rail Delivery Group ORR Network Rail and Sir Jeremy Hunt MP MPs to only board trains via ramps. Then change would happen. #RampRoulette #Equality
Great Northern 4th day back at work. 4th late train. 4th connection missed. 4th day late into the office. And you a call this a service?? Shameful.
Three days into the New Year and I am already at the end of my tether with the trains. FYI Thameslink 25 mins is not a 'slight delay', as described by one of your drivers, when you are trying to get to work.

Great Northern Thameslink HitchinRailCommuters That is absurd when the government is allowing you to refund all passengers tickets....! There is no justification for that at all - that is purely spiteful. Are you instead going to allow us to claim a date extension once normality resumes?
Thameslink HitchinRailCommuters V hard to maintain social distancing this morning on a busier than normal 7.11 from hitchin - noticed all week all first class carriages empty - could any be declassified to help essential workers maintain appropriate distance?

Thameslink Hi - why are you not operating 'pause and restart' policy on annual season tickets. I haven't been able to use your service for 6 weeks now due to Govt advice.
Thameslink Bim Afolami HitchinRailCommuters I appreciate why trains are being reduced but not having advanced notice of timetable changes make it impossible for critical workers, the ones travelling, to plan for work next week at a time when we are being asked to be flexible
