"First, you're going to watch this clip so you can understand this whole bit." Out comes his cellphone, shuffling to stand shoulder to shoulder. "Here. . . After you watch it, we search for a pottery class."

Once the clip is over, he lowered his phone. "So yes / no? Maybe, I don't know?"

"Don't blush, you're just getting cuter." Playfully shaking his head before he felt his mind wander back to the serious half of the conversation. "Can't really explain it, just nothing ever feels right. I don't know."

"That's fair. . . I do like it when your cheeks go all red too." Scratching the back of his own head, he can't help but let out a little laugh. "Don't get me wrong, giving up is not on the table, so to speak. I'm just tired of falling over."

"It's cause I. . ." Lips tighten into a fine line as his eyes wandered away. "Yeah, I just got to keep trying. One day, the hill will turn into flat land and I'll be able to stand. Don't worry, it'll be fine, I promise!"

"It's hard to say I like you when you're giving me a thumbs up like that, Hitomi. It's like spilling my feelings to a motivational poster; and I mean that in a good way, I promise." A steady laughter escaped, shaking his head with every word. "I will stay positive."

"I mean, that's one of the reasons I feel bad about Christmas. The mistletoe was fun but. . . It wasn't just that, you know? To me. I must sound pretty ridiculous." Raising a palm. "Don't worry, I don't expect nor want anything. Think of me like I'm talking out loud."

"I don't know. . ." A roll of his shoulders before he began to fidget with the cuffs of his gloves. Eyes were definitely on the floor. ". . . I know this is a little confronting? Is that even the right word? S-Sorry."

"Wait, what?" A few quick blinks were made, certainly confused by the statement made in return. "That's- That's not what I expected you to say at all. I. . . Don't know what to do. Uh." A faint gulp. "How about that date then? Dinner, tonight, me and you. A real date."

"I was going to let you be Swayze. . . So be it then." The smile on his face remaining ever present. "At least now, you understand one more of my jokes."

When she looked upon him, his expression was soft. Eyes settled, half-lidded with a faint red tinting his own cheeks; reaching up to his ears. A smile remained present, his words gentle. "I'm going to try my best then to make it fun. I'll pick you up, of course."

| Hunter. / ECLIPSE KNIGHT. I don't even know if he'll see this but the memories I have with them on Domon is one of my favorite memories on this app. He gave me the motivation to stay on Domon and Lynx set a high bar for even my own writing on Noel. I miss the guy. He was the best.
