#OTD in #history 1916, Jeannette Rankin became the 1st woman elected to #Congress. In so doing, she pioneered the way for future women to enter the highest levels of government. Her words show she was hopeful: “I may be the first woman member of Congress, but I won’t be the last”

BHS Senior Seminar students in Mr. Belkofer’s and Mrs. Raglow’s classes created a Pop Culture Museum with exhibits like the Evolution of Superheroes and Impact of Presidential Debates, highlighting hands-on learning that sparks passion and creativity.
