Trying to work on my third essay of my PGCE and feel like I don’t have it in me this time. What do I write? Wondering if I don’t have what it takes to make it to the end of the year.

Another two to add to my summer reading list. It is extensive!

Took my daughter to my school this morning for the first time. I’ve been on placement there and luckily hired to the team. She goes to a teeny Cornish village school and was wowed by the size and amenities (school is newer by about 200 years!)

Tried surfing in Bude as my daughter has recently got over a long standing wave phobia. She loved it. Husband loved it. I went for a swim in the sea pool instead.
