Today the Colonels travel to Vanceburg for a doubleheader that starts at 1:00 PM.

The Colonels travel to Northern Kentucky tonight to take on Bethlehem in the Doc Morris Invitational.

Ritchie earns the win pitching 6.1 innings. Vires closes the door recording 2 strikeouts. Hilander, Moore, Baker and Ritchie provided the offense. Ritchie earns 2 RBI's on a right center double.

⚾️ BASEBALL Bourbon County 2 George Rogers Clark 0 (District Tournament) Freshman JT Ritchie throws a complete game shutout for the Colonels, allowing only two hits. Bourbon County will advance to the 10th Region Tournament.

KHSBCA 10th Region awards as voted by the region coaches. Montgomery County’s Matthew Rowlett is named 10th Region Player of the Year. Gene Combs is Coach of the Year.

In his relief appearance, Cruz Cima ('25, KY) had tremendous feel for his 2-pitch mix. The fastball sits in the low-80s with high average spin rates and plays due to a low 3/4 arm slot. Producing weak contact on the high-spin curveball when it was controlled and landed. #WWBA
