I've spent years bragging and always thought USAA could never do wrong by me. That all just changed. Completely infuriated and in disbelief right now. I was told by 2 different representatives that my items would be covered.

3 months of back and forth communication with adjuster, sending in all requested docs only to have a supervisor call me today to tell me "they dont see how they can cover it" What happen to standing behind your word USAA ?!
