Great job by Alex Lacourt getting 4th place in the open 400 with a time of 54.29. Great start to the season. Also, Nate Welch set a new PR of 57.87 during that race as well.

Went down to the indoor state track meet in Louisville with 9 guys, most in the early stages of their training & came home with a first place team trophy, many PRs & indoor school records.
