As we approach Thanksgiving our team is hand picking and sorting our single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Rosomel, Felseck, and Locust Lane Vineyards. This extra hang time assures both sugar as well as phenolic ripeness in our wines.winegrower #estate-wines #organicwine

Busy day at HB ! Stunning day on the Bench with Gamay & Chardonnay coming into the winery after handpicking and sorting . Pump overs continuing on Pinot Noir as we prepare to press off our first ferments of Pinot! Happy Thanksgiving !
