FIRST ALERT: A "Red Flag Fire Alert" will go into effect for all of South Carolina beginning 6 AM Wednesday! The combination of gusty winds (30+ MPH) and very dry air (with relative humidity levels under 30%) will lead to an enhanced fire danger across our region. #SCWX

FIRST ALERT// Windy conditions continue across the Lowcountry. Gusts to 30 mph are common and some higher along the coast. Winds will diminish Thursday but the fire danger continues because of dry conditions.
