Starting this week, a new initiative was introduced in hopes of inspiring our athletes here at HF. This initiative is "Word of the Week." From here on out, we will pick one athlete to share what word has importance to them and why it inspires them to keep pushing forward!

Word of the Week: Grit Picked by: Coach Ethan Definition: “firmness of mind or spirit : unyielding courage in the face of hardship or danger”. Importance: You must be willing to keep pushing in the face of hardship in order to accomplish your goals.

This is a reminder that Fire Power tomorrow (1/25) is from 4:00-5:00, NOT 3:30-4:30 after school. See you tomorrow!
