Matt Leung-Harrison would there ever be room for adc kennen buffs? Maybe like a crit scaling on an ability so crit is viable instead of onhit so it wouldn’t be as big of a problem for top lane? Or just a small ad ratio on something other than w passive?

AD Kennen buffs: - P damage can now critically strike for 140% damage + 40% bonus crit damage (technically on W but lets go with P) - E duration is now increased by 1 second per critical strike, duration cannot exceed 4 seconds
