Staff Awards are the highlight of the year - and we are already at over 300 nominations after just three weeks - but there is nothing more special for colleagues than being nominated by their patients and their loved ones 💙

After meeting Kayleigh, earlier this week and listening to her story, it brought me to tears. Hearing about the care she’s received at the Trust was touching, staff like Lauren make a huge difference. She definitely is getting my vote ❤️

Today we’re sharing some of the amazing work delivered by our community teams, as part of #OneWeekInHealthcare Firstly, we’ll focus on the Paediatric Virtual Ward, followed by a look inside the rehab facility Harvest View which we run with Sandwell Council NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB)

We have had over 740 nominations for Star Awards this year - very much enjoyed reading through them all this week - a tough task ahead for our judges now!

Today marks my last in the amazing comms team SWB NHS Trust before heading into my new role at London Ambulance Service The last two years have been amazing, learnt so much, met some wonderful people and cannot wait to see what the future holds ❤️
