My partner's partner (don't be alarmed) told me that my dog looks like a Russian Tracker (extincted dog) and now I can't unsee it. I 100% think that he's a golden retriever, just not a well bred one. I think I'm going to do a DNA test. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Little Cherry is finally home after a few weeks. She is currently refusing to get out of the chicken coop and plopped herself down for a nap, so that is just...fantastic. I might post a quick photo of her later, I'm not sure.

I just found a dead mink (I think) a couple yards from my chicken coop. There has been dogs wondering my yard a few times these past two years so I think they got him. All of my chickens are there though.

A small dent has formed in my couch where my dog lays everyday. Now I have to start moving him around the couch every few hours. I thought forcing him to exercise everyday was crazy enough.
