On Wednesday, 12th of October, HerWaqt and TEFF-DUHS collaborated to hold a PCOS Awareness Session at Salma Ghar, Kiran Foundation. The session focused on a discussion regarding signs and symptoms, treatment and stigma related to polycystic ovarian syndrome. #pcos #herwaqt #teff

On Thursday, 27th of October, HerWaqt held a Breast Cancer Awareness Session at Linkstar . Signs, symptoms, risk factors & myths pertaining to breast cancer were discussed. Our presenters also taught the audience about the method to perform Breast Self Examination.

Team HerWaqt has joined hands with Kiran Foundation to bring awareness regarding breast cancer among women of KF community in Lyari. The audience will be taught the proper way of performing Breast Self Examination (BSE).

On Thursday, 16th of March, HerWaqt conducted a workshop on Personal Hygiene and Body Positivity at Salma Ghar, Kiran Foundation. This workshop educated the audience on basic measures that should be taken to ensure better hygiene and encouraged a conversation on body positivity.
