They have concluded that teachers and staff carrying handguns will NOT improve school safety on WCS campuses, so WCS will NOT be authorizing teachers or staff to be armed at WCS schools. 2/3

Directly after Gov. Bill Lee signed arming teachers into law, his home county school system (Williamson County Schools) said they will NOT authorize teachers to carry weapons. A statement will be tweeted below.
