Patrick Moriarty Dr. Angela Huston Gold Aguaconsult In Zambia there is evidence of the System Approach. 500 partly Subsidized farm wells for irrigation installed by # Jacana. Result ; 20.000 people with Basic Service. 2000 people food and increased income. 90% of the pumps are functioning.!
