It’s Alk+ neuroblastoma. The morphology and Alk staining may make you think of ALCL, but ALCL most commonly has nuclear and cytoplasmic ALK positivity. This tumor was CD30-. I’ve seen a couple such cases and now routinely add synaptophysin when considering ALCL in a child.
