Quinn Glabicki Ahmad is paralyzed as a result of the Syrian civil war. He can't work, and his wife is eight months pregnant. If assistance goes away, he said, "I will end up in the streets." His resettlement agency Hello Neighbor furloughed half its staff but has continued serving clients.
