Disappointed to see this from you Chris. NHS Practitioner Health has been a lifeline for many of us and to defund it so suddenly is a travesty. The model worked because we felt trust and confidence in it - allowing thousands of us to seek the support we desperately needed.

This is awful news - PHP really helped me through a difficult time previously. It’s so hard to have hope that things will improve when NHS England are reducing the little investment there is in secondary care staff. Thinking of others who will find this news difficult too.

I can't help but feel this is a decision that will cost NHS England more in the long term secondary to staff sickness.

This is disastrous, hideous news. NHS England are hacking back the mental health support for hospital staff. One doctor takes their life every three weeks. One nurse takes their life every single week. These numbers will now INCREASE. Victoria Atkins - please do the right thing.
