As school holidays draw to a close, can I say how frustrating it is to have to pay full priced adult tickets for the teenagers to do anything fun with the family? It's not like they're earning salaries and paying their own way.

Let me tell you something about unpaid carers... They save the NHS and social services a sh*t load of money - if they were accidentally overpaid years ago, good for them!! Absolutely disgraceful that any gov thinks its appropriate to try and claw this back

Was talking to a more experienced children's nurse and she said how lovely meal times on the ward used to be, with all the kids (who were able to) sitting at a table in the middle of the bay to eat together. It's a shame we can't facilitate that anymore; or can / should we?
