“Yours truly.” Unsure brown eyed gaze follows his, his own investigation being performed as he takes a seat across from the infamous mutant. Arms fold across his chest, eyes narrowed while leaning back in the chair. “This a X-Men interview? I ain’t wear a suit or anything..”

“ Why? Cause’ I missed out on y’all’s fashion show? “ His words aren’t meant to be condescending, but the sarcasm is 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙮 intended. “ Big move by the way— the whole Mars thing. Can’t imagine the politicians are gonna like that one. “

“I’m Dashaun.,” He introduced himself with an upward head nod. “I don’t like sharing either. You ain’t worried about germs?”

“Yeah?” A refilled and seemingly 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 glass of alcohol sat in place of the one she’d previously sipped from. No one had arrived in the last few seconds. Dashaun continued like normal. “That sucks, but, it happens.”

“You mean like that Doctor Strange guy?,” He grinned and shook his head. “Nah. That’d be cool as hell though.” His head cocked to the side, smug grin forming.

“Oh yeah. 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙧, great guess.” He mocked, lips remaining quirked. “Y’know, I almost thought you were federal but any fed would’ve clocked me by this point.” And besides, if she were federal, he wouldn’t be wasting his time here. He’d be out in a flash.
