At the beginning of June, my weight was 62 kgs, i started intermittent fasting, ate 2 meals, more water, less sugars and started eating veggies to lose 10 kgs, i felt i was losing weight fr. Mashaa'Allah Yesterday i weighed myself after 1.5 months and i was at 65 kgs. iwkms
