ā€¼ļø PATIENTS OF THE U.K. ā€¼ļø The reason why you can’t see a GP is because Department of Health and Social Care /HEE planned for the reduction of GPs and to replace GPs with non- medically qualified staff such as ANPs/PAs working on the MEDICAL ROTA . There is, and never will be, any equivalence between Doctors and PAs/AAs Qualifications, exams, training, experience, decision-making - all non-comparable They should not be grouped together like this by the GMC - it is both confusing & unsafe for patients

If this survey is representative, there are many doctors simply unaware of what we are doing, why we are doing it, and our urgent need for funds. Please help us by telling them. Talk about it in the workplace. Share our posters. x.com/chriscraigCCC/… anaesthetistsunited.com/spread-awarene…

Let’s be very clear - this isn’t medical students choosing to leave the NHS This is them feeling pushed out. And that’s precisely what it is. Great job Dr Navina Evans et al involved.

GPs without jobs, patients without care. Today, we are calling on the Government to #endGPunemployment once and for all. Find out more about our campaign bma.org.uk/bma-media-cent…

Patients cant access care. GPs are burnt out. Now, potentially 1000 newly qualified GPs will be facing unemployment in Summer... Absurd isn't it.

Here's a video I made breaking down one of the most impressive CT scans I’ve ever seen of a 40-year-old man who was involved in a fight! #FOAMed

When the right wing media starts name calling, it usually means you’ve struck a nerve. Doctors have kept quiet for too long - working through burnout, pay cuts, and staff shortages just to keep the NHS going. Now that we’re finally standing up for ourselves, the right-wing media

PAs are a waste of money. You pay them more for far less skills and knowledge . The PA/AA project must either be completely abandoned or completely reformed. They are there to assist doctors and be paid far less than doctors or they should not be there at all

Since 2008, NHS doctors have effectively subsidised the health service by Ā£25billion, simply because our pay hasn’t kept up with RPI inflation. That shortfall helped keep the NHS afloat, but it came directly from doctors’ pockets. We stayed. We worked through a pandemic, rising

Misleading headlines, the disrespect of calling resident doctors 'junior' after I directly and specifically asked Shaun Lintern to refer to us by our proper title. Once again, no one is surprised. This is the level of journalism we have come to expect. Pitiful.

Wes Streeting You said we were on a ā€˜journey to fair pay’. But your 0.9% above inflation award means it’ll take doctors over 20 years just to get back to what we earned in 2008. No other major public sector workforce has faced cuts this deep. Doctors’ pay is down 23% in real terms. You could

Reality: Hiring 10k PAs and 60k ACPs/ANPs over the 9 years to replace doctors By paying them far more than doctors Either Wes is being disingenuous or just doesn’t have a clue
