HEC out at San Mateo and Central for community outreach

Our outreach was interrupted when City of Albuquerque Code Enforcement staff came to tell us we were not allowed to be on this property. One of the reasons we were told is that the property is dangerous and crime ridden. More reason to have positive activities there.
