I don’t do New Years resolutions, but it’s definitely time to shed some pounds and get back in shape, especially as I have another heart operation coming up in the next 4 months. Spinning here I come 🚴😅

Glad I’ve got a spin bike at home, so at least I can still get in a hard cardio workout, while stuck at indoors 😅🚴

I’ve been in self isolation for the past 2 weeks, as it’s heart operation number 3 this Wednesday (sigh)

It’s finally 2021, it’s dark but I see a light at the end of the tunnel. SHIT! IT’S AN ON COMING TRAIN!!😫😂

Managed to wipe out on some ice the other day. It was a classic Some Mother’s Do Have Em moment. Luckily nobody saw 😂

After finally being given a clean bill of health from my heart problems. For the last month and a half I’ve been working hard to lose all the weight I’d gained due to heart pills, and not able to exercise. So far I’m down 8kg’s, and have about another 8 to go

Happy to say I’m still losing weight, and I’m not on any fad diet either, just watching the calorie count and lots of exercise. At this rate I’ll be at my goal weight before Christmas. Don’t expect any pics though 😁
