Reposting as their appalling customer sevice warrants it. Avoid #MagnetKitchens at all costs. Customer Service is non existent & their 10 year guarantee worthless. #Orpington branch manager should be ashamed of himself, leaving an issue unresolved for in excess of 3 YEARS.
