Today is #BellLetsTalk Day! One of the ways we can all take action is to learn about mental health organizations creating positive change for mental health in Canada…every day.

I was also able to tour the newly expanded #Valleyview Secondary School in Kamloops SD 73 this week. I saw the new gym & common area where students socialize and study. They’ve also added 20 new classrooms to address growth in this district! Thx for having me! #BCed
