Only 29.8kms #NHS1000miles walked this week due to having a cold which I’ve had for 2 wks! 🤧🙄 Ligament sprain in my knee confirmed, but improving. I’m looking forward to getting back to normal soon! 😂 Hope everyone had a good week? ☺️ #RescueDog #nature #sundayvibes #checkin
