Our Bear Time lesson was about matching Zones of Regulation to specific scenarios. We paired that with Art Therapy by illustrating times we’ve experienced all four zones! Normalizing and validating all emotions because we’re human. ✌🏼 #TEAMRandall #ISDStrong Independence School District
