Trauma makes you repeat the same lessons and the same hurts by meeting the same losers with different faces and bodies. Healing makes you unlearn your toxic patterns, raise your vibration, and meet genuine people without traumatic attachments and hidden agendas.

Of all the things I've had to learn in life, the hardest has been learning to NOT talk to myself like a dick whenever I make a mistake. Self-talk should be realistic yet forgiving, not pessimistic without understanding. The world has enough assholes—don't be one to yourself.

If you pay attention to the patterns of your life you’ll realize everything always works out. Everything always takes you to a greater destination. You always grow and the things you think you can’t survive you somehow divinely make it through. That’s life. Always remember that.
