H2H is a proud recipient of a Seed grant from the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation 🩵

The $59,500 grant will support digitizing our processes & client management, allowing us to enhance delivery of care, improving accessibility, and ensuring timely, compassionate support for those navigating the profound pain of suicide loss.
