I need help creating a supplement stack to support my Grandma. Bare in mind she doesnt eat regularly and eats seed oils. She's 73. She had crazy high BP last year which she manages with pills now. She complains of low energy and body aches in legs. Thank you!

In 2023 i was mostly drinking raw eggs, raw milk and eating a lot of meat. December 2023 my doc tells me my LDL is twice the reference range and i should be put on statins asap. Mind you i just turned 26 then. I immediately started Peating. These are my results from last week.

The Honey Diet doesn't require you to eat as much calcium as you usually would because high-fructose intake can deplete phosphate and keep the Calcium:Phosphate ratio positive as mentioned by Danny below. They also talked about it on the Generative Energy podcast i believe.

Current protocol to lose fat and keep/build muscle as i'm going sailing in 10 days: - Honey diet until 4PM (fruit, honey, juice) - Then a regular meal with meat or eggs - Dinner lots of Goat Dairy for calcium

I was sailing last week in Croatia for 7 days for my friends bachelor party. I was drinking A LOT of alcohol every day and ate gluten 2-3 times per day, very low protein, high PUFA. My digestion and wellbeing were better than when i'm dialed in with my diet but in the city.
