Im human as fuck. All this bs we have going around of people trying to show face just so that funders or other non-profits don’t look at them differently isn’t my kind of scene.

The work to close prisons and build a better world for young people isn’t going to happen while we struggle and suffer in silence. Healing is part of the vision too. Struggle and transformation are not mutually exclusive.

I went from wanting to build another non-profit, to realizing that I needed to think outside of the box and build a social enterprise with Healing Ninjas, Inc.. If you don’t know what that means then start looking outside the silos you might be stuck in. We need to do more of that.

I will be focusing on 3 things: 1. Building access to health and wellness resources through Healing Ninjas, Inc.. 2.Coaching young leaders and building the capacity of orgs to work with them. 3.Launch 🚀 a philanthropic social entrepreneurship experiment. The journey continues!
