I can't imagine staying at an avid hotels by IHG by IHG Hotels & Resorts ever again given they way they treat their customers. Not only did the flimsy hot water cups cause my partner's finger to burn, they then had the gall to claim we were making things up to try to farm a refund!

In the six days since, I have yet to receive any further communication from IHG Hotels & Resorts or avid hotels by IHG despite sending them the requested information.
