Iowa City West is the top team at the Clinton Regaional state-qualifying meet. IC West’s coaches were named staff of the year. Davenport Central’s Hannah Cousins & Simone Green were named co-swimmers of the year.

Girls swimming: Dav. Central & PV each qualify 8 for state. PV will compete in 11 different events, Central 10. Bett will send 7 to compete in 8 different events. Central's Hannah Cousins qualified in 2 individual races and 2 relays -- all are the top seed at state. #iahsswim

It's probably safe to say the 100 butterfly was the most competitive race at the Clinton girls swimming regional today. Ten swimmers qualified for state from that race alone. #iahsswim
