We have been making good use of our Bread Machine. The smell is absolutely divine and the taste of the warm fresh bread with butter is lovely.

As part of #WorldAlzheimersDay our 'Do you remember' session focused on reminiscing about fashion styles and culture in the 40's and 50's. With beautiful pictures provided by M&S we discussed how shopping, money and usage has changed over the decades.

As today is #nationalfitnessday2021 we wanted to get our heart rates pumping and muscles moving with a high energy armchair exercise class. We had so much fun and are keeping ourselves moving for longer. 💪
