Hey Chesa Boudin was just abt to shop at Andronico's on 32nd Ave when two men raced by us w a shopping cart full of stolen goods. I started after them but the nice clerk chasing them was adamant I didn’t. My kids now wanna know why they’re “allowed to steal?”. What say you?
